This Privacy Policy explains how Quoteformly ("we", "us") collects, uses and protects information when you use our quote form service, the Quoteformly website, and the lead center dashboard (together, the "Service").

Information we collect

Quote form submissions. When a visitor completes a quote form on a website that uses Quoteformly, we collect the information they enter — typically name, phone number, email address, pickup and delivery locations, vehicle or service details, and preferred dates — together with technical data such as IP address, browser type, the page the form was on, and the time of submission.

Account information. When you create a lead center account we collect your name, email address and a password (stored only as a salted hash).

Usage data. We record sign-ins, invitations, downloads and similar administrative actions in an activity log for security purposes.

How we use information

Form submissions are collected on behalf of the website owner in order to provide the quote the visitor requested. We store each submission in the website owner's lead center and deliver it to the CRM or lead recipient the website owner has configured. We use technical data to prevent spam and abuse, detect duplicates, and diagnose delivery problems. We do not sell personal information and we do not use form submissions for advertising.

Sharing

Submissions are shared with the CRM, lead network or business the website owner has designated to receive them. We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, DNS, email) that process data on our behalf under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose information where required by law.

Consent to be contacted

Where a quote form includes a consent statement (for example under the TCPA), we record whether consent was given and the exact wording shown, and pass this to the lead recipient along with the submission.

Data retention

Form submissions are retained by the website owner in their lead center until they delete them. Account and activity records are retained while the account is active and for a reasonable period afterwards for security and audit purposes.

Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS and stored on access-controlled servers. Lead center access requires individual accounts with role-based permissions and rate-limited sign-in.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you. If you submitted a quote form, please contact the website or business you requested a quote from, who controls that data; you may also contact us and we will assist. Cookies

The quote form itself sets no cookies. The lead center uses a single session cookie required for sign-in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last revised.
