These Terms govern use of the Quoteformly service, including the quote form, WordPress plugin, embed script and lead center dashboard (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.

Use of the Service

You may install the quote form on websites you own or are authorised to manage. You are responsible for the content of your websites, for obtaining any consents required from visitors, and for complying with applicable laws including consumer-protection and telemarketing regulations.

Accounts

Keep your sign-in credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and for the people you invite to your lead center.

Leads and delivery

We make reasonable efforts to store every submission and deliver it to the destination you configure. Acceptance, pricing and payment for leads are determined solely by the receiving CRM or lead network, not by Quoteformly.

Acceptable use

You must not use the Service to collect information deceptively, to send spam, to submit fabricated leads, or to interfere with the Service or other users.

Availability and changes

We may update, improve or discontinue features of the Service. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation.

Disclaimer and liability

The Service is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, Quoteformly is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost leads arising from use of the Service.
